With Social Report's Automations, you are able to automate certain activities involved with managing your social media channels on a daily basis, such as liking a review, comment, or page post on Facebook, sending a direct message to someone on Twitter, auto following users back, favoriting a retweet of your status, and so on.


Creating an Automation

To automate an action, go to Automations -> New Automation

You will find a list of automations available. Select an action that you want to automate and click Continue:

        Special Note: You can be more intelligent when following new followers on Twitter by setting up a criteria:



Select the target profiles, then click Save:
